This Refund Policy explains how SERPBoost handles refunds, replacements, order cancellations and service-related issues for guest posting, link building, niche edits, authority backlinks and other SEO services.

Important: SERPBoost will normally attempt to resolve a service issue through correction, publisher follow-up or a suitable replacement before considering a refund.

Service Satisfaction

SERPBoost aims to provide dependable SEO services, accurate order delivery and high-quality backlink placements based on the terms agreed before an order begins.

If a service is not delivered according to the approved order details, clients should contact us with the relevant order information so that the issue can be reviewed.

Replacement Policy

A replacement may be offered when an approved backlink or guest post experiences a qualifying publisher-side problem.

  • The published backlink is removed during an agreed replacement period.
  • The delivered placement is materially different from the website or service originally approved.
  • The target URL, anchor text or placement details contain an error caused by SERPBoost.
  • The publisher removes the article or link unexpectedly and a replacement is reasonably available.
  • A technical publisher issue prevents the approved backlink from remaining live.

A replacement may be provided on the original website or on another website with reasonably similar quality, niche relevance, authority and traffic characteristics.

Replacement Limitations

Replacement eligibility depends on publisher policies, availability, the original service agreement and whether the issue was caused by the client, publisher or SERPBoost.

SERPBoost cannot guarantee that the exact original website will remain available for replacement.

Refund Eligibility

A full or partial refund may be considered where an approved service cannot be delivered and SERPBoost is unable to provide a suitable replacement or alternative solution.

  • The approved publisher permanently rejects the order before publication.
  • The requested service cannot be completed within a reasonable extended timeframe.
  • A suitable replacement cannot be offered after a qualifying placement issue.
  • SERPBoost cancels an order before the agreed service has been delivered.
  • A duplicate payment is confirmed.

All refund requests are reviewed individually according to the work completed, publisher charges, content costs, outreach activity and service status.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will generally not be available under the following circumstances:

  • The approved guest post, niche edit or backlink has already been published correctly.
  • The client changes the target URL, anchor text, article or requirements after work has started.
  • The client no longer wants a placement after approving the website or order.
  • A publisher rejects revisions that were not included in the original order.
  • The client provides incorrect, restricted, misleading or prohibited content.
  • The client fails to provide required information or approval within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The backlink remains live but does not produce the rankings, traffic or sales expected by the client.
  • A search engine does not index a page or later changes its treatment of a backlink.
  • A third-party SEO metric such as DA, DR, traffic or spam score changes after publication.
  • The client requests cancellation after outreach, content writing or publisher work has started.

SEO Results Disclaimer

SERPBoost provides services intended to support website authority, relevance, online visibility and long-term SEO development.

We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, search traffic, leads, sales, indexing speed, domain metrics or algorithmic outcomes because search engines and third-party platforms operate independently.

Lack of a specific SEO result does not make a correctly delivered service eligible for a refund.

Guest Posting and Link Placement

Guest posts and backlink placements are subject to the rules, editorial decisions and technical control of independent publishers.

A publisher may change its website design, content policies, outbound-link attributes, URL structure, content categories or editorial standards after publication. These changes are outside the direct control of SERPBoost.

Permanent Link Meaning

Where a service is described as permanent, this generally means the placement has no scheduled expiry date at the time of publication.

It does not mean that a third-party publisher can be legally or technically forced to keep an article or backlink online forever.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled without charge only when SERPBoost confirms that work has not yet started and no publisher, outreach, writing or processing costs have been incurred.

Once content preparation, publisher communication, website reservation, outreach or placement work begins, cancellation may not be possible or may qualify only for a partial refund.

Content Writing Charges

Charges for completed content writing, editing, research or formatting are generally non-refundable once the content has been prepared or delivered.

Where a publisher rejects an article, SERPBoost may revise the content or use it for a suitable replacement placement where appropriate.

Publisher Fees

Publisher charges paid or committed on behalf of a client may be non-refundable where the publisher does not return those fees.

Any refund calculation may exclude publisher fees, writing costs, transaction charges or completed work that cannot be recovered.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Clients should contact SERPBoost before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of active work, cancellation of pending services and restriction of future orders.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, a refund will be processed through an available payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The time required for funds to appear may vary according to the bank, card issuer, PayPal, Payoneer or other payment provider.

Third-party transaction fees, currency conversion charges or payment-processing costs may not be refundable.

How to Report a Problem

To report an issue, provide clear information so that our team can review the service efficiently.

  • Your name and contact email address.
  • The order date or invoice reference.
  • The published URL or affected placement.
  • The target URL and anchor text.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence where available.

Review of Requests

SERPBoost may need time to contact the publisher, verify the placement, review project records and determine the most suitable resolution.

Clients should allow a reasonable investigation period before requesting escalation.

Policy Updates

SERPBoost may update this Refund Policy when services, publisher conditions, payment methods or business practices change.

The policy applicable to an order will generally be the version available when the order was confirmed, unless another agreement was made in writing.
